Norm

Meet Norm, the newest member of the Williams family:   “Great markings and a healthy, glossy coat. Norm is muscular, athletic, playful, and spunky. He also has a quirky sense of humor! With two family members having high allergies to dander, we have been very pleasantly surprised to have had no reactions or sensitivities to Norm’s presence. Very happy that we took the plunge!” – Jennifer W. – Canton, Michigan Norm was in our first litter, kept his original name and is a very happy 7th member of the Williams Family.

Tulip (formerly Darlin’) Phelps

“We could not be happier with our sweet pup, Tulip! She is healthy and BEAUTIFUL – petite with a glossy coat and became a family member.

I got my first Boston Terrier 16 years ago and she had severe reactions to vaccinations and some foods, so I spent a lot of time learning about healthier, more natural ways to care for your dog. Seeing that Heirloom starts their puppies off that way from the beginning was a huge plus! I’ve also loved that Karen has been very responsive and helpful with any questions I’ve had. She truly loves these dogs and wants to find good homes for them!”

Tulip was from our first litter and originally lived in Dallas. The family moved to Colorado Springs and the adorable Panda coat was purchased here in anticipation of Colorado winters. – Stephanie P.

Boomer

When searching the AKC website for Boston Terrier breeders I came across Heirloom Boston Terriers.  I will admit that after visiting the website the holistic approach to dog rearing seemed intimidating, but I realized that anyone who puts that much time and energy into their breeding program is truly dedicated to the wellbeing of the breed.  Karen and I discussed the holistic approach in great detail and after my own research, although still somewhat overwhelmed, I was ready to make a commitment. 

Once I met Boomer in person and saw his beautiful shiny coat, clear eyes, and perfect physique I was convinced that holistic and natural rearing is the best method to maintain the health of my dog. 

Karen taught me how to make raw food via Zoom and is always available any time I have questions.  I am now a confident raw feeding dog mom, who is happy knowing that my boy’s food contains ingredients that are locally and naturally sourced. 

Boomer is a social and sweet boy who brings much joy to our lives.  You can follow Boomer Mason’s Facebook page for updates on his hijinks and adventures.

Bailey (formerly known as Wesson)

This is from the owner of Bailey who was formerly known as Wesson from our 3rd litter.

Mr. Wiggles (formerly known as Smith)

We lost our 10 year old Boston Terrier, dear Frankie in March 2021; we had only rescued him 6 months prior to his passing. Our English Bull Terrier Dina found herself lonely after only 6 months with Frankie so we knew we needed another companion for her and quick! Heirloom Boston Terriers was recommended to us by a prior customer that we trust 100% so we reached out to the breeder, Karen

I reached out to Karen and she was very responsive and we quickly developed a rapport. She understood our story, knew where we were coming from emotionally and paired us with our wonderful addition Smith.

Smith now goes by Mister Wiggles but has many monikers like Wigster, Wigelito, Wigs, Little Buddy and finally Rocket because he is a fast little guy! Wigs is very independent which surely comes from the breed’s reputation of being extremely smart. He is a little fellow and is learning very quickly for being quite a bit stubborn. His personality is so unique that he has taught our Bull Terrier how to chase him around the yard instead of him chasing her. He LOVES to run and he loves stealing Dina’s toys, he also loves playing tug which is perfect because that is Dina’s favorite game too! He is a hearty eater and I love to see him jump for joy when he sees me coming with his food bowl. He is super inquisitive as is Dina but she promptly informed him he can only join her investigative agency as a junior detective, a position he takes very seriously. He promptly goes out to hunt for rabbits and loves to chase the birds in the air. We get great joy watching him fail at his investigative tasks, lol.

Wiggles brings great joy to our household and quickly became part of the pack. It is my opinion that because of the breeder’s holistic and natural rearing approach we need not worry about much and just enjoy our Little Buddy. We are relieved to say that Smith AKA Wiggles is growing healthy and strong as per holistic and natural rearing. We appreciate that Karen is always available to answer any questions we may have and she also offers suggestions!
